What is it like to leave home for months at a time. What does it feel like to have people depending on you to succeed. Push yourself to the brink. Be a small part of a much larger machine. Contemplate your insignificance. Where do you go in your head to get away.

I don't claim to speak for everyone, but this is a picture of what it has been like for me. This collection of songs is about what it feels like and the memories of the past that you use to deal with it. It's slow and depressing then it's fast and anxious.

All songs written and recorded over the month of October 2016 on a ship in my limited free time.
